負荷テストツールは基本的に到着率(RPS)で指定する(いわゆるOpen Model)のが良くて、それができるのはk6、Gatling、Tsungの3種類との認識。なので個人的にはこの3つから選ぶのがオススメです。

自動拡張機能でElastic IPが増減するのでIP固定にならないことと、AZごとに作成されてしまうのでコストは上がってしまいそうというところがネックかな
