結論の部分、IDから生成時刻や作成順序、作成頻度が推測できることがセキュリティなどの理由で問題になる場合はUUIDv4と書かれているが、主キーはUUIDv7にしつつ、別カラムで公開用UUIDv4を振ることも検討すると良いです。
